Zalgiris’ preparation games to be broadcast live on Zalgiris Insider 1

Zalgiris Kaunas will start the cycle of preparation games next week. Just like last year, the team’s pre-season games will be streamed live on the Zalgiris Insider content platform for MVP Plan subscribers.

“We know that fans are eager to see how the new Zalgiris team looks on the court. We already saw this last year with significant growth of subscribers during the pre-season games.

This year, Zalgiris Insider will broadcast even more pre-season games compared to last year, with four games in Kaunas. The number of broadcasts might grow even more, as the details of the broadcasts from the tournament in Spain are currently being coordinated,” said Rytis Kazlauskas, Head of Content at Zalgiris Insider.

Zalgiris will play their first game on Wednesday, the 31^st of August in Zalgrio Arena, when they take on Polski Cukier Pszczółka Start from Lublin, Poland.

After the return of Rolands Smits from the Latvian national team, the green-and-whites will take on Rostock Seawolves on Sunday, the 4^th of September at the practice gym in the home arena.

During the training camp in Spain (9-16 September), Zalgiris will play at least two matches: against Unicaja Malaga on 12^th of September and Real Madrid on the 13^th.

The green-and-whites will conclude the pre-season match cycle with two games in Zalgirio Arena: on Monday, the 19^th of September against Alytus Wolves and on Thursday, the 22^nd, against VEF Riga.
