The ticket office is closed in July. Tickets can be purchased online.

During the season, the Zalgirio Arena ticket office is open Monday-Friday between 16:00-20:00;
During a basketball match Monday-Friday from 16:00 to one hour after the start of the match;
On weekends: from two hours before the start of the basketball match to one hour after the start of the match.
