Tip the odds – new Zalgiris Kaunas season video 0

Zalgiris Kaunas have started the 2023-2024 season with a major makeover – from the logo and merchandise to the season video.

As every year, spectators at Zalgirio Arena are greeted by the team’s video at EuroLeague home games, which makes fans look up to the video cube.

For years, season clips have been a staple of the world’s biggest football teams, the NBA or the most powerful leagues. Every year, Zalgiris Kaunas presents a new season clip.

“To tip the odds” is the slogan at the end of the video. It invites the team’s players and fans to challenge what sometimes seems impossible.

This time, the breathtaking clip was created by creative producer Veronika Tamulionyte from Cunamis Films production house and director Justas Ramanauskas.

“It was not only a great honor, but also a great responsibility to create the Zalgiris season video. I am a big Zalgiris fan myself, so I gave my heart as much as the players do on the court. I hope that this clip will further strengthen the already strong bond between the fans and the players, inspire them to cheer even harder, and help them to tip the odds together,” said the director of the clip.

The video also features Zalgiris players Edgaras Ulanovas, Keenan Evans and Arnas Butkevicius.

“I think that every year the audience looks forward to the clip that goes on the arena cube. Before the first game, we wonder what will it be, because that clip is what gets us fired up throughout the season, it heats up the emotions,” said Zalgiris captain Ulanovas.
