Zalgiris soars into the EuroLeague Top 10 list 1

It wasn’t just the victory that Zalgiris secured last time out in the EuroLeague, as two grand slams made it among the Top 10 plays of the week of the third round.

Sitting in the eighth spot, we see a beautiful play by Marius Grigonis and Zach LeDay. Grigonis managed to deliver a pin-point pass in traffic, as LeDay finished it off with a powerful jam.

Thomas Walkup and Jock Landale connected for a gorgeous alley-oop play, as Zalgiris went on to pick up the pace and secure the team’s first victory.

Besides the two current Zalgiris men, former green Brandon Davies was also present in the countdown, placing fourth with a powerful soar over ALBA Berlin.

Zach LeDay finished second in the Player of the Week race, as his 26-point, 9-rebound performance (35 ranking) was only shy of Nando De Colo’s career night. The Frenchman dropped 39 points for Fenerbahce, tallying 44 ranking points.
