Throwdowns and game-winners: Zalgiris’ Top 10 plays of the EuroLeague season 1

As the EuroLeague Play-offs take off, Zalgiris TV invites the fans to remember the green-and-whites’ 10 greatest plays of the EuroLeague regular season.

A special tribute was given to Zalgiris’ Frenchman Joffrey Lauvergne, who converted on more than 20 alley-oop connections from his teammates.

At the top of the list was three moments that decided the outcome of the game. In third place was Marius Grigonis’ game-winner against Bayern Munich in Kaunas, with his spinning shot against Valencia taking the second spot.

At the very top of the list was Thomas Walkup’s steal from Kostas Sloukas and winning shot against Olympiacos on the other end of the court. This play was also named the overall best play of the EuroLeague regular season.
