Isaiah Talyor set to miss 3 weeks with leg injury 8
Although Zalgiris Kaunas advanced to the Final Four of the King Mindaugas Cup on Sunday, they lost Isaiah Taylor to injury in the second game of the quarterfinal series against Alytus Wolves.
The point guard grabbed his leg in the fourth quarter of the game against and had to leave the court with the help of teammates.
After tests on Monday, it was revealed that Taylor had a partially torn thigh muscle, which will take about 3 weeks to heal.
Taylor, who just arrived in Kaunas at the beginning of January, played three games in the EuroLeague in a green-and-white jersey, averaging 4.7 points and 1.3 assists.
The American also played a game each in the Betsafe-LKL, where he scored 8 points, and in the King Mindaugas Cup, where he had had 14 points and dished out 6 assists before leaving the game.
