Injured Lavrinovicius will miss the next few Zalgiris games 0

Zalgiris Kaunas forward Danielius Lavrinovicius suffered an ankle injury during practice and will not be able to take the floor for tonight’s EuroLeague game against Valencia Basket.

Zalgiris’ youngster Dovydas Butka will replace Lavrinovicius on the team’s 12-man roster.

Butka has already made his debut in the Betsafe-LKL championship, scoring 4 points and grabbing 2 rebounds in two games.

Lavrinovicius already played in EuroLeague games against Real Madrid and Vitoria Baskonia, while in the Betsafe-LKL Championship he averaged 7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

He will not appear on the court for the next few Zalgiris games, as he recovers from the ankle injury.
