Zalgiris crushes Lietuvos rytas with LKL finals record 0

Zalgiris took a 3-0 lead in Lithuanian League (LKL) finals in a marvelous style. On Saturday in Zalgirio arena Zalgiris celebrated an easy 72-45 victory over Lietuvos rytas Vilnius.

Zalgiris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Lietuvos rytas to just 7 points in third quarter.

The 45 points allowed for opponents was the lowest score of 20 year old history of LKL finals.

The hosts shared the scoring among them with Lavrinovic brothers leading the list with 12 and 11 points. Mindaugas Kuzminskas had 10 points and 9 rebounds.

At the other side the best for losing team was Renaldas Seibutis who recorded 12 points.
