Aaron White named LKL semifinals MVP 1

Zalgiris power forward Aaron White received the Betsafe LKL Player of the Round honors for the semifinals after helping the defending champions keep an unbeaten record in the playoffs with a sweep against Lietkabelis.

The 25-year-old American averaged 14.3 points and 5.0 rebounds in the three semifinal contests despite playing under 18 minutes per game for the Sarunas Jasikevicius-coached side.

His best performance came in the last game of the series, when White scored 21 points and grabbed 6 rebounds for a season-high efficiency index of 26.

On the Team of the Round, he was joined by teammate Antanas Kavaliauskas, two Lietuvos Rytas players in Rokas Giedraitis and Chris Kramer, as well as Zanis Peiners of Lietkabelis.
