Zalgiris adds international scout Algimantas Bruzas 0

Looking to set themselves up for an easier offseason, Zalgiris have decided to expand their scouting division, as they snapped up Algimantas Bruzas, who will be joining the team as an international scout.

The 26-year-old Bruzas, who has spent 2.5 seasons working for Lietkabelis, will work closely with Zalgiris’ coaching staff and will look to search for potential additions to the roster.

“Basketball is progressing and we have more and more technical capabilities to follow basketball talents in any corner of the world. We wanted to add a specialist who could help us follow every single basketball league in the world and present the data to the coaching staff and management. Algimantas Bruzas has already had experience in a high level of basketball and understands the tendencies of basketball very well”, – said team sports director Robertas Javtokas.
