Leo Westermann sidelined for at least a month 5

Zalgiris guard Leo Westermann will be sidelined longer than previously expected, as he will have to spend 4-6 weeks without basketball.

Westermann’s knee injury occured in the team’s last practice before the team departed to Gran Canaria for its EuroLeague match-up.

Westermann has been an important piece of Zalgiris offense lately, and appeared in all 14 EuroLeague up to this point, averaging 6.4 points on 47.2% shooting from beyond the arc, while also dishing out 2.4 assists in 15 minutes of game time.
