Zalgiris players talk March Madness and make their bracket picks 0

Most championship winners get decided late in the Spring or even at the start of the Summer. Nevertheless, it’s March that has most of the US basketball fans excited, as the NCAA Playoffs – the March Madness – begins.

All five of Zalgiris’ current Americans have participated in it, and they joined ZalgirisTV to reminisce about the good old days in the Big Dance and fill out the bracket.

Deon Thompson is surely the most decorated among the five, as he participated in the final four twice playing for the prestigious North Carolina University and has actually gone all the way to win it in 2009.

“Obviously it’s a special time of the year. Regardless if you watch any of the NCAA games during the regular season. Everybody loves this time of the year. It’s win or go home.
