Zalgiris cruises to the win in Pasvalys 5

The top-of-the-table Zalgiris had no trouble in Pasvalys, handing Pieno Zvaigzdes their seventh consecutive defeat in the Betsafe LKL with a one-sided 91-67 hammering.

It was 27^th Zalgiris win in 30 Betsafe LKL games.

Only the first quarter was a close affair with the guests taking the narrow lead 23-17. Zalgiris separated during the second quarter, as Nate Wolters, Leo Westermann and Rokas Jokubaitis connected from downtown to have 54-32 lead at halftime.

The gap increased to 77-50 after the 30 minutes and the last quarter was a bit of formality.

All twelve players scored for Zalgiris, as Aaron White and Marius Grigonis led the way with 17 and 16 points for the winners.
