Zalgiris enjoying perfect conditions in Turkey training camp 5

Zalgiris has taken the preparations for the season to Turkey, as they’ve taken camp in Antalya, where they look to participate in the Gloria Cup tournament that tips-off on Wednesday.

While the other players that spent time in the national team will receive some rest, and join the team after the trip to Turkey, Martinas Geben is enjoying the growing bond with his new teammates and the conditions provided in Antalya.

“The environment here is amazing, the weather is great. We’ve got perfect conditions for sports and we’re continuing our preparations, we’re working on our plays, trying to get a better feel for one another. The bond is growing stronger each and every day, with every practice. We’ve got to create it both on and off the court.

Zalgiris is set to play its first game in the Gloria Cup tonight, as they face EuroLeague vice-champions Anadolu Efes. Same time tomorrow, they will take on Galatasaray.
