#TimeOutZalgiris. Backstage and fan emotions of EuroLeague season opener 0

More than 15 thousand fans were delighted to return to Zalgirio Arena for the long-awaited EuroLeague season opener.

Dalia Belickaite and the #TimeOutZalgiris crew was there to open up the gates to the backstage before the game. They showed around the hallways of the arena before they got filled up by players and Zalgiris personnel, and waited for the first ones to make it to the shootaround.

Amongst the sea of green-and-white fans, was singer Gytis Paskevicius, who is set to host his concert in Zalgirio Arena on the 28th of December.

“My first time was actually here, in Zalgirio Arena. I was sitting somewhere on the side. Now sitting on the sideline is absolutely fantastic.”

A gift was presented to one of Zalgiris partners – the director of Olybet, Veiko Krunberg. For the next three years, Olybet will be the name partner of Zalgiris TV.

“Of course, I follow Zalgiris TV, especially on social media. I always watch the highlights after the game. I’ve been here a lot. The atmosphere, the energy you guys have, is amazing.”
