Zalgiris hits 18 threes and goes past Juventus 3

Zalgiris played a second friendly game preparing for the new season and thrashed Juventus Utena 102-71 at Zalgirio Arena on Friday.

Marius Grigonis paced the winners with 17 points. Lukas Lekavicius and Arturas Milaknis each added 12 while Steve Vasturia and Thomas Walkup had 11 apiece for Zalgiris, which led 20-18 after 10 minutes.

It took off in the second quarter, making it a 20-point game, 48-28, at the break. Zalgiris boosted its margin to 81-48 after 30 minutes and never looked back.

Zalgiris made 18 three-pointers in the game and outrebounded the opponents 42-29.

    nu kokio dar atsarginio, EL bus pasiruošęs, o LKL ir Milo užtenka, kitas klausimas, kaip greitai įsivažiuos, bet dėl tokių klausimų niekas naujų žaidėjų neperka
