Zalgiris registers two youth players for EuroLeague

On the last day of registration, Zalgiris announced the inclusion of its two young players into the team’s EuroLeague line-up. Mantas Rubstavicius and Paulius Murauskas will now be permitted to suit up for battle in the green-and-whites’ international games.

The two Zalgiris-2 talents have already had the chance to join the main team’s practice process and make their debut in the Betsafe-LKL.

18-year-old Mantas Rubstavicius has average 11.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists in Lithuania’s second division (NKL).

Meanwhile, 17-year-old Murauskas has impressed with a similar statistical result. He’s averaged 10.5 points,, 3.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
