As he prepares for his first-ever Olympics, German national team forward and Zalgiris’ recent signing Niels Giffey eagerly awaits his new club challenge as well.

The 30-year-old has spent the first seven years of his professional career in ALBA Berlin, so playing in Lithuania will be a completely new challenge for him.
