Zoran Dragic: “I am here to bring energy” 4

After officially joining Zalgiris last weekend, Zorand Dragic is already warming up with the team and getting ready for his green-and-white debut.

The 32-year-old joined Zalgiris Insider host Rytis Kazlauskas for a conversation on #ZalgirisOnAir+.

“I can’t wait to be part of the Zalgiris family. I know that basketball is the number one sport here and has deep traditions. Zalgiris has the best fan base in Europe and I’m just happy to be here.”

The energetic guard has worked with Zalgiris head coach Jure Zdovc before, as they represented the Slovenian National Team. He hopes that the integration to his new club doesn’t take long and he’ll be there to make a difference for Zalgiris soon.

“I’m here to bring a new face to the team, to bring energy. I want the team to get back to where it should be – winning.”
