New date set for game against Olympiacos 1
Zalgiris Kaunas and Olympiacos Piraeus have found out a new date for their previously postponed game.
The league announced that the Round 19 game between the two sides is set to take place on the 15th of March in Zalgirio Arena.
The game was announced to be postponed after numerous cases of COVID-19 in Olympiacos’ line-up. The Greek side was unable to roster 8 healthy players for the scheduled January 7th game, thus the game was pushed back to a later date.
The middle of March will be a marathon of home games for Zalgiris, as they are set to play 5 home games in the row, including 4 EuroLeague battles.
Tickets to March games in Zalgirio Arena will be available mid-February.
Previously purchased tickets for the Olympiacos game will be valid for the new date, and fans do not need to take any further action.
If the new date is not suitable, and fans can file a refund form between January 17th 2022 and April 17th 2022. The refund will be completed with 14 days of a correctly filled out form.
