Go3 and Zalgiris Kaunas enter strategic media partnership 7

TV3 Group’s new generation television Go3 is set to become the new general partner of Zalgiris Kaunas. Together the two sides look to develop and produce exclusive video content including pre- and post-game coverage, analysis, and content in both reality and documentary formats.

During a press conference on Monday, Zalgiris Kaunas Director Paulius Motiejunas and the CEO of TV3 Group Christian Anting signed a strategic multi-year partnership agreement covering sponsorship and joint content production initiatives.

Go3 looks to produce weekly exclusive content including pre- and post-game programs, behind-the-scenes videos, reality and documentary shows, which will be targeted not only towards basketball fans but also casual viewers. The partnership aims to increase the fan base of Zalgiris Kaunas in both Latvia and Estonia, where Go3 has a large subscriber base.

Christian Anting noted his excitement about this project, as he eagerly looks forward to its implementation.

By joining forces, Zalgiris and the TV3 Group will create a true Center for Basketball on our new generation television Go3, allowing fans and viewers to experience the magic of Zalgiris Kaunas, one of the most legendary clubs in Europe.”

Paulius Motiejunas, in his own right, sees this as a great opportunity to bring basketball, and Zalgiris, to a greater audience.
